IN-PERSON LEARNERS
In-Person Instruction will be a combination of digital and hands-on learning experiences. Students in person will complete the same assignments as online such as the reflections and graded work but there will be times during the learning process where videos and discussion will be the same but with a different hands-on than the online learners in an effort to do what is best for both unique populations. Skyward is where you can find all of the students grades that average for report and progress reports. Google classroom will show each online digitally graded assignments. Students will start each day with guidance from me in person.
DIGITAL LEARNERS
Online instruction will be very tailored to the unique needs of this population and each child. The base for digital learning will be the classroom tab on this website. Each day students will click that tab and enter our virtual classroom (it looks like a real classroom)! On the classroom (it will change each day) there are objectives, date, and links just as you would see inside a brick and mortar classroom. It is here where students will click the link to their google classroom on the green icon to begin each assignment. Assignments are created to use a variety of learning modalities and to help strengthen the learners understanding in a natural sequence. There will be times the students can virtually chat with me each day and recordings posted within their work. Students will complete a daily reflection through the classroom that will show me whether or not they understand and fully completed the learning process.
