Did you know that if you already have Internet access, you can access Google Classroom? Go to My games and apps, Microsoft Edge (browser), then type in any URL to get to the desired site such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, etc. Takes a little longer with a remote, but it’s doable. #MVkeepslearning #MVheretoserve 🐾🧡

Be sure personal email accounts have been logged out of on the device being used. Only emails ending in @mvisd.org will be able to access the Google Classrooms.
When possible, use the Google Chrome browser. It works best with all Google Apps

Click on the three dots on a web page and open an incognito tab.

Parents should sign out of both their email and their Google Classroom.

If the problem persists, they must clear their cache. Here are the resources you can share with parents to help them do this: Chrome Windows Mac

Parents can also try opening Classlink on a different browser. (Example: Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox)
