About Me

Welcome to TK! I have been teaching Transitional Kindergarten at Rose since the 2012-2013 school year. In previous years I have also taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 4th grade. I hold a BA in Liberal Studies (Early Childhood Studies Concentration) from CSU-East Bay, a MS-Education (Reading Concentration) from CSU-East Bay, a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education, a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, a California Reading Specialist Credential, and a California Site Supervisor Child Development Permit. I received my Ed.D. (Doctor of Education) from University of Southern California (Doctor of Education, Organization Change and Leadership) in 2018. I also have received my National Board Certification in Early Childhood. In my free time I enjoy reading, making bobbin lace, and going to Disneyland!
