DATES: Summer School will be in session, Monday through Friday, from June 18, 2018 to July 27, 2018.

Classes will be divided up into two three-week, full day sessions. Each session will allow students to earn a full semester’s worth of credit.

Session One: June 18th-July 6th 8:00-1:30 PM Full Semester Credit

Session Two: July 9th-July 27th 8:00-1:30 PM Full Semester Credit

Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM, (BREAK 10:30 AM -11:00 AM) 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

Attendance: Daily attendance is expected within the session of enrollment.

NON-SCHOOL DAY: Wednesday, July 4th

MSH Students and Parents:

R40 forms for dual enrollment for a course taken on the SJCC campus, at the SJCC extension and for any SJCC online classes may be turned in at any time from now until May 14th to the SJCC extension campus, care of Michael Castro. Please make sure you turn in an unofficial transcript at the same time.

Registration for all SJCC courses begins at 10am on May 14th at the SJCC extension on a first come, first serve basis. Students, since you are in classes, please have your parent register for you, in person, at the SJCC extension. In order to register for you, a parent must have a signed note authorizing him/her to register for you. The note should include your name, the desired class, your parents name and you should then sign and date the note.

FREE SAT Practice by Khan Academy

Excel Test Course for SAT sponsored by MCEE.

The Milpitas Community Educational Endowment (MCEE) will be sponsoring a SAT Prep Course this winter to support students who wish to have additional help in preparing for the SAT, in March 2018. Tentatively, it will be held on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Milpitas at MHS (Room H2) starting January 24 through March 3. The course is taught by Excel Test (

  • 11 sessions, approx 3-4 hrs each. 36 hours total to be spread over 7 weeks, on Wednesday night & Saturday mornings.
  • Expect class to start Jan 24, Room H2 at MHS
  • 6 free months of access to the Excel Test Exam Club (after the course ends)
  • 6 free extra help tutorials (after the course ends)
  • Three SAT in-class practice exams
  • Formula for a perfect essay
