Transitional Kindergarten

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! I am so excited to be taking this journey with your child.  I am looking forward to a great year of learning and exploration.  This year is going to look and feel a lot different, but that will not change my  teaching style or my expectations. We will still  be engaging in many hands on activities and will be learning through many different learning styles and modalities.  We will be learning a lot, but we will also be having a lot of fun! This is the beginning of my 22nd year in the Milpitas Unified School District.  I graduated with a Bachelor's  Degree in Child Development from San Jose State University.  I also obtained a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from San Jose State University.  Last school year, I obtained my Master's Degree in Early Education with and empahsis on Social Emotional Learning.
