Kentucky Safe Schools Week
Kentucky Safe Schools Week, an annual campaign provided by the KY Center for School Safety, is held every third full week in October. The aim for 2023 theme week was to “Light the Way.” Schools can promote and enhance school safety through targeted activities and discussions. The goal is to raise awareness about various aspects of school safety and empower students, teachers, parents, and the community to take proactive measures to create a safe learning environment.
