Hello! This article is about Model trains! Leading On from my last piece, which I might not have gotten into. But Welcome to the world of trains! The model train hobby consists of many scales Z, N, HO, S, O, and G these different gauges all mean different scales and sizes of trains.. But we will be focusing on the HO scale this scale is mainly the best scale with the most diversity. Now that we have chosen track gauge we now look at what brand there are many different brands to choose from, other brands have different options and are available in different quantities in different countries so look for a place. I also recommend choosing a time period as this will help with modelling.

Now onto track design. Once you have chosen your scale and time period you can move on to the track design. Now for track design, you need to think of the scale as for a train to go up or down the highest amount of increase can only be 5 degrees. With turning you want to have a significant turn for the train to not fall off. Now that you have designed the track you can now move on to detail and storytelling.
