Manufacturing Unit

Our manufacturing unit is situated in the city center of Ahmedabad, India, which includes complete setup of warehousing and manufacturing textiles.  Our manufacturing facility houses various machinery for processing, dyeing and printing of woven and knitted fabrics and quality control / inspection. We have invested in the latest technology and upgraded our machinery which has aided us in manufacturing better quality textiles as per the demand of the customers and also adapt to latest trends more swiftly.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our Company is engaged in the business of processing grey fabric using various bleaching and dying processes. Our Company is engaged in providing job work services as well as manufacturing finished goods meant for direct sale. Our Company procures grey fabric from the market and further dyes, prints and finishes the same as per the client’s requirements on the basis of quality of the fabric, design and sizing requirements etc. Our Company manufactures the finished fabric especially suitable for suiting, shirting, men’s wear, women’s wear, kids wear, baby clothing, nightwear and sportswear.

Our Company is equipped with state of art machinery to process fabric with varied sizes considering inches, width etc. Our Company specialises in processing of a wide range of fabrics like, 100% cotton, polyester, nylon, acrylic, linen, viscose, vortex viscose, cotton elastane, cellulosic fibres and blended fabric. Our products cater to domestic as well as global markets, ensuring quality norms.

Specialization:

Printing of woven & knitted fabrics with an annual capacity of 42 million meters,

Dyeing of woven & knitted fabrics with an annual capacity of 15 million meters,

Additionally we do foil, glitter prints as well as special finishes like water repellent, anti microbial, as well as special development on customers request.

The Product Portfolio is as follows:  The products of our Company can be broadly divided into woven and knit facility, the details of which are given below:

Woven Fabric: Our Company manufactures woven fabric for shirting, suiting, women’s’ wear and dress material. Genres for our woven fabric products:

Shirting – 100% cotton fibre products from 100gsm to 200gsm including twills, poplins, satin, dobby, structures, oxfords, herringbone, bird eye, elastane in prints and solids along with blended products like cotton modal, cotton by linen, cotton poly mix blends, modal shirting, rayon shirting, blend dobby and structure in prints and solids.

Suiting – Medium weight suiting i.e. between 200gsm and 300gsm 100% cotton plain weave, twill, satin, drill, matte, elastane, gaberdine, dobby and structure in solids and structured prints, as well as the above in heavy weight suiting i.e. between 300gsm and 400gsm in plain, twill, satin, drill, matte, gaberdine, dobby and structure in solids and structure prints.  Blended products like cotton by linen suiting, cotton by poly, lyocell x cotton, lyocell x poly and various other blended products in medium weight suiting in solid and structure prints in plain, twill, drill, satin, dobby and structure.

Womenswear/Dress Materials – 100% cotton voile, cambric, poplin in prints and solid; rayon, modal, cotton crepes, moss crepe, rayon crepe, linen, cotton by linen, cotton by flax, cotton modal blend, in print and solid; Prints ranging from single colour design up to 12 colours with different looks like gradient, floral, melange, distressed, digital, ethnic, contemporary developed by our in house design studio as well as submitted by our various domestic and international clients.

Knitted Fabric: Genres for our knitted fabric products:

Jersey – We manufacture single jersey in 100% cotton, cotton poly blends, modal cotton blends, linen modal blends, viscose, vortex viscose, ranging from 100gsm to 200gsm in prints and solid; the products used are in wide variety i.e. for t-shirt, womenswear, kids clothing, baby clothing, under garment, pyjamas, night wear, crib sheets, and many more.

Interlock – Also known as double interlock jersey fabric, we manufacture in prints and solids ranging from 180gsm to 260gsm in 100% cotton, cotton only.  The final products being manufactured from interlock are baby wear and womenswear dresses because of its soft hand feel structure

Rib – Ribs are majorly used for collar, cuffs, accessories, and basic clothing.  We manufacture in prints and solids in 100% cotton and cotton elastane structure from 160gsm to 280gsm

Elastane Jersey – Elastane jersey is a stretch fabric used widely because of its elasticity in sleepwear, womenswear, kids and babywear, menswear and various other application.  We manufacture jersey elastane fibres of cotton elastane in different blends of elastane from 3% to 16% and in different weights ranging from 140gsm to 260gsm in prints and solid.  We also supply elastane jersey with LYCRA® tags.

Pique – Pique structure fabrics are basically used for polo shirts in menswear, womenswear and kids wear, we manufacture in 100% cotton, cotton elastane and cotton poly blends in solids and prints, ranging from 180gsm to 260gsm.

Fleece – We manufacture 2 thread as well as 3 thread fleece with and without brushed back in 100% cotton, cotton elastane, cotton poly blends in prints and solids.  It is mainly used in products for bottom weights like track pants, also for hoodies and baby wear as a winter wear product, in different weights ranging from 180gsm to 360gsm.

Melange – Melanges are special fibre dyed yarn which we manufacture in jersey, rib, elastane jersey, pique, fleece, interlock structures in print and solid.  We also specialise in making imitation melange, giving various melange structures using print method. Melanges are basically the grey shaded (now also available in different shades) which are used in tshirts, tops, bottoms, tracks, nightwear, intimate wear, pyjamas, undergarments, baby wear, etc.

Active wear - We manufacture jerseys, elastane jersey, rib and fleece in active wear in prints and solids.  We give special finishes in cotton, modal, cotton modal and cotton poly blends like wicking finish which is like a cool and fresh finish giving special wicking properties to the fibre which can be used to manufacture sport jerseys and sportswear. We also give antimicrobial finish on cotton and cellulosic fibres which are one of the in demand finishes in active sports wear business.

Lab & QA:  We have an in house R&D facility as well as laboratory with all testing equipments for our products.  Additionally we outsource reports for assuring quality of our products for our customers from third party NABL certified labs.

Job work processing:  In addition our company also facilitates job work for domestic customers.  So it makes a complete a la cart selection for our varied customers.
