All seniors were given a diploma authorization form on the 1st day of school.  This form informs MHS of how a senior's name should be printed on their diploma as well as how their name should be read at Graduation.

If you did not fill out this form, please do so ASAP and return to the Main Office.  If completing digitally, you can email a copy to Mrs. Diana Albarran at albarrand@muhlsdk12.net.
