About Mrs. Dunham

I have been a teacher in Montgomery for 16 years.  I have taught third grade and I have also been an Academic Support Teacher in second, third and fourth grade.  I love Village School.  The teachers, students and parents make it a great place to work.  I am excited for the 2023/2024 school year!

I live in Hopewell, where my children, Faith (19) is attending University of Delaware this year.  My son, Will (21), attends Mercer County Community College and is studying to become a mechanic.  We have a dog named Friday and a cat named Cleo.  Mr. Dunham and I enjoy walks through our town with Friday.  I also like to garden, hike and take photos.  We planted a meadow in our yard!  As a family, we like to travel and explore new places.  Past summers we explored St Thomas, Bonaire, the national parks out west and New Hampshire.  We are always up for an adventure!

Did you read this summer?  I joined a book club this summer and read three good fiction books.  I also picked up non-fiction this summer. The non-fiction books I read helped me with bird identification, gardening tips and information about creating a meadow:)  Summer reading is the best!

I am looking forward to hearing about you and your summer adventures.  I know we will have a year filled with new friends, learning and fun!
