Volunteer Opportunity - Looking for a great way to earn volunteer hours and get into the holiday spirit? The Mequon-Thiensville Optimist Club needs student volunteers for its annual Christmas Tree fundraiser. Proceeds from the tree and wreath sales are given back each year to support many youth activities in our community. The Tree lot will be open Fridays, Saturday, and Sundays, November 28- December 21. Scholarship - Attention sophomore leaders! The Wisconsin Leadership Seminar is June 12-14 at Carroll University in Waukesha, WI. Homestead will nominate one sophomore to attend the 3-day event. Students from around the State gather to develop their leadership skills and learn how to make positive changes in their communities.
