I have been teaching for Mequon-Thiensville School District since 1995.  I have taught first, third, fourth and seventh grade in Mequon. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University-Nebraska in Education and Early Childhood and Master's degree from Concordia University-Wisconsin in Curriculum Instruction and Reading Teacher license.  I have also had the opportunity to teach reading at the graduate level for Concordia University and to be a Supervisor for student teachers. Each day, each year is always filled with new learning experiences for the students as well as for myself.  Teaching is " a work of the heart".  No matter what the grade level has been one thing remains the same "Children First".
