Erika E. Smith

I'm an Educational Developer specializing in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) in the Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning at the University of Calgary.

As an educator, facilitator, and researcher I focus on teaching, learning, and educational technologies in higher education. 

My interests include: SoTL methods and methodologies, educational development, engaging pedagogies, and emerging technologies. In particular, I study social media and digital literacies, and am currently completing a large-scale evidence synthesis with undergraduate research partners.
