Media Services Circulating Equipment
Below are the various types of equipment that you can borrow from our office.
Shoot action videos with our GoPros! Disclaimers: Very limited availability. We provide tripod mount attachments, any other mounts needed must be provided by the user.
Need to record audio for a presentation, film project, or interview? Borrow one of our audio recorders. All of our recorders save to a provided SD card for easy transfer of the files to a computer.
We have most standard A/V cables (such as RCA, XLR, 1/4", 1/8", and HDMI), as well as USB and FireWire cables.
Need a clicker or laser pointer for a presentation? Borrow one of our PowerPoint clickers or laser pointers. Need to show a DVD or CD via your laptop? Borrow a USB External CD/DVD drive. Need to transfer an SD card onto your laptop? Borrow a Card Reader! We also have USB-to-Ethernet adapters and wireless mice.
Need a quick and easy camera for a class project? Borrow one of our Canon Powershot Point and Shoots. All of our cameras come with a provided SD card.
Take great photos and videos with one of our DSLR or Mirrorless cameras. All of our cameras come with a provided SD card.
Want to listen to audio out of a headphone jack? Borrow our Sennheiser Stereo Headphones.
Trying to light an interview or scene in your movie? Borrow one of our LED panels or softboxes. Need to attach a light to your camera? Borrow one of our Bescor camera lights. Need to bounce light for lighting effects? Borrow one of our flexible light discs.
Boom and floor stands are ideal for times when you will be standing and speaking into the microphone. Table top stands are, as you can probably guess, best for times when you will be sitting as you speak into the microphone.
Need to get a good pan or moving shot for your video? Borrow a Manfrotto Fluid Head. Trying to get that interesting angle for a photo? Borrow the Slik Photography Tripod. Need something light and easy to carry? Borrow one of our Manfrotto Monopods.
