Jori Jacobeit

Biography:

I grew up in the Chicago area in a family of educators. I attended Illinois Wesleyan University where I earned degrees in International Business and French. I completed a Master's degree in Teaching in Chicago before moving to Vermont in 2007. I completed my Master's in French at Middlebury College in the summer of 2016.

I teach levels 1 through 5 of French and particularly enjoy getting to know students over the course of several years. I feel especially lucky to teach the language in a region where French is so relevant to our culture and economy. French students at Mt. Abe have the opportunity to visit Quebec every two years.
