DNA Quantification using Flourometer

Fluorometric DNA quantification are highly selective for dsDNA (double-stranded DNA).  Fluorometric methods use intercalating fluorescent dyes that bind specifically to dsDNA molecules.  Fluorometric instruments detect fluorescent signals from bound dyes and estimate dsDNA concentration relative to calibration reagents.
