I am an Assistant Professor in mathematics at Michigan State University.
My research is in algebraic geometry, and particularly the birational classification of algebraic varieties in positive and mixed characteristic. It also has connections with commutative algebra and arithmetic geometry.
I received my PhD at the University of Cambridge under the supervision of Caucher Birkar. I have also been a postdoc at Princeton and at EPFL.
My research is supported by NSF Grant #2401279 and Simons Foundation Gift #850684.
