Welcome to my webpage!
In academia, I use numerical methods to model physical processes in the Earth's interior, with an ultimate goal to have a better understanding of physical properties (i.e., density, viscosity, temperature, etc.) and dynamical processes within the Earth. In particular, I am interested in 1) the nature of mantle convection and its relationship with deep mantle structures; 2) how to constrain the nature of dynamical processes in the Earth's mantle from surface observations made by geoscientists in other fields. The part I enjoy the most in my research is developing codes and designing numerical experiments.
Out of academia, I am a creator who are always curiously exploring things and with ideas to realize. Besides, I love dogs (I am a proud dog owner!), painting, crafting, cooking, playing guitar, etc!
