Withdrawal, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

1.1 Mendaki SENSE reserves the right to change any schemes, course schedules and venue without any explanation. In this case, Mendaki SENSE may offer the participant full refund of fees paid should the participant choose not to reschedule the class.

1.2 Refund of course fees will be based on the following conditions:

1.3 Trainees who withdraw from the course with less than 75% attendance and without a valid reason will have to pay 100% of the full course fees to SENSE.

1.4 The Registration Fee(if any) will NOT be refundable in all withdrawal cases.

1.5 Should the trainee fall under any funding scheme that is supported by an organization, the latter is liable to pay the charges on behalf of the trainee.

1.6 No cash refund to be given to applicants who make the fee payment via SkillsFuture. Applicants will be able to cancel their SkillsFuture. For more information on SkillsFuture, please visit https://myskillsfuture.sg

1.7 A one-time re-schedule request is allowed for absence of class with valid reason. Acceptable reasons are medical or compassionate grounds. Documentary proof is required to be submitted via email within one week after the assessment date for the provided reasons. The request can be submitted by contacting this hotline (67086400) during office hours or email to lifelong learning officer in charge. The reschedule request can be acceptable only once. Any rescheduled assessment date must be within three (3) months from the initial assessment date.

1.8 Any payment Cash/NETS/online/cheque receipt issued by Mendaki SENSE for course fees shall be valid for a maximum of 3 MONTHS only.
