Where Academia Meets Industry in Data Science
Data Science @ MSE is a vibrant forum at the Madras School of Economics, Chennai, bringing together academia, industry, and students to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore the frontiers of Data Science.
The seminar series features invited talks by leading researchers and industry practitioners, alongside opportunities for students to present their internship experiences, research ideas, technical projects, and emerging problems. Through open discussions and interdisciplinary engagement, Data Science @ MSE aims to spark curiosity, nurture research, and inspire meaningful contributions to the evolving field of Data Science.
The seminar series is mandatory for all M.Sc. Data Science students and forms an integral part of their academic engagement. Interested students from other programmes and faculty members are warmly encouraged to attend, particularly those whose teaching, research, or interests align with the theme of the seminar.
