Hello! My name is Mr. Dent, and I am excited to be your beginning band teacher! I teach beginning band at Mascoutah, Scott, and Wingate Elementary Schools, and I visit every school every day. Previously, I taught K-5 Music at Wingate Elementary.

In May 2025, I graduated with a BM in Music Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In my final semester of undergraduate, I completed my student teaching in the band room at Mascoutah Middle School, so I have been blessed to teach in such a great district!
