Need IT support?
Submit a help ticket through the MSC Website.
Expand the menu and select Technology.
Use the link to submit a help ticket.
Students can also generate a help ticket by emailing itsupport@mscok.edu with their name, student ID, and a brief description of the issue.
Contact IT with any of the following issues:
Inability to log into Blackboard, Aggies Online, or student email. (Your username and password are contained in your acceptance letter or email and can be obtained from the Registrar & Admissions Office. )
Courses not appearing in Blackboard on the first day of class or incorrect courses showing in Blackboard on the first day of class.
Student functions such as Financial Aid, Student Finance, Student Planning, etc. not showing in Aggies Online.
