#WhyYouMatter

Every day, individuals make a positive difference in people's lives, and it's important for all of us to understand what we contribute to the world. It takes practice, but it's SO important in life to know your self worth!

The Advanced Photography class, lead by Mrs. Holland and assisted by volunteer Mr. Santheson, took on a school wide project where we as a community recognize why we are important, what we can offer the world, and why we matter. The #WhyYouMatter program wants to show how everyone in the school- staff and students- matters. Most students and staff were photographed with each person determining why they matter and writing that down to share. There are no names associated with the images.

We are also including a very special THANK YOU to Kyle Santheson for all the volunteer work he did on this project. The video can be found at the end of the page.

To view the artwork, click the play button in the bottom left-hand corner. You can change how long images are up for using the auto-advance menu under the cog wheel, and you can go full screen using the square (both of which are on the right-hand side of the gray bar at the bottom).

Please enjoy the portraits!
