Welcome to the D.W. Merritt Elementary School located on the beautiful down east coast of Maine. I am honored to be the principal of this small, rural school where the staff, families and students work together to ensure that all students learn to the best of their abilities.

The DWM school staff strives to make learning challenging, engaging and fun. We offer a standards based curriculum and differentiated instruction with small class sizes in a nurturing pre-k thru grade 6 environment.
