Include a short description of the problem.
examples: My laptop isn't charging. I think it's the battery. • My laptop won't boot up. • My M key isn't working.
Include a day and time when you will visit the tech office. If you are 100% remote, note this and a tech staff person will contact you.
example: I will come to the tech office on Thursday during period 3. OR I am 100% remote.
Use your school email account to send the email to the Help Desk (if possible).
