About Theresa 'TQ' Quin
TQ is the Director of College and Career at MSA. She helps students navigate college applications, financial aid, and scholarships with clarity and confidence. She supports students in finding the right college fit and meeting key deadlines along the way. TQ is Board Chair for Take Stock in Children in Manatee County and brings 15+ years of experience in college advising.

About Christene 'Miss Christene' Gerardi
Miss Christene, College and Career Advisor, helps students explore careers, build resumes, and plan for life after high school. She focuses on identifying strengths, setting goals, and taking real-world steps toward a fulfilling future. She is adjunct faculty at Doral College teaching SLS 1101: College Success at MSA. She holds a Master’s in Education from Boston University.

Resume Building: write modern strategic ATS friendly resumes
Interview Skills: answering traditional and modern behavioral interview question including "Tell me about yourself," and "Do you have any questions for me?"

Motivation/ Mindset/ Confidence Building: exploring the best theories and practices for high motivation, behavior change and skill attainment
