Hilltop Christian Early Learning Center

Hilltop Early Learning Center is an outreach program of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Torrington.  We provide early education to Torrington children ages 2-5 and the surrounding communities. 

Volunteering may include:

• Interacting with people (EX: helping at fairs, managing/working with children and/or adults, etc.)
