Mountain Meadows Elementary School Library - a place to find out what is happening in our school library.
Library News from Mrs. Davidson
I hope all of our Mustang families have a wonderful summer. Currently, school is expected to resume in the Fall as a combination of in-school classes and Remote Learning.
At this point the School District is not planning to include library services in the school curriculum.
All Elementary Librarians are laid off.

Learn more about Mrs. Davidson
Hi Mustangs. I have been the Mountain Meadows Librarian since 2007 (wow, I can’t believe it has been that long!). My sons went to school at Mountain Meadows, and I used to be in charge of the Book Fair - way back before I started working there. I would also help the previous Librarian (funny story, her name was also Mrs. Davidson - no relation but pretty weird, huh?).
I am originally from Australia, but have lived in Moorpark since 1996. I am passionate about books, and as many of the students have noted, I love dressing up for any reason. I have two sons: Wil is 27, and Sean is 22. My husband, Scott and I have a lovely dog named Mia.
I am very appreciative of the Mountain Meadows PTA, which has been a strong supporter of our school Library throughout the years, by purchasing books and supplies for the Library. Your family's support of the PTA is an incredible benefit to your child's educational experience.
If you ever have any questions about your child's Library experience, please contact me. Although the Library is not open for the entire school day, I am here every day for at least some portion of the day, and I can be reached through email.
