ClassLink LaunchPad is the "go-to-spot" for various technology resources for both you and your students. Logging into Chrome helps to alleviate many common technology issues associated with Synergy and other web-based curriculum resources. While this video was created for students, it is applicable for all. If students are having issues with Google Classroom, etc. please check and verify that they are logged into Chrome.
The quickest most efficient means to get support for your computer, building technology or curriculum issues is to submit a Help Desk ticket. These tickets are automatically routed to the correct support person. Often times, technology issues can be resolved remotely behind the scenes. Be sure that you are logged into My Portal to see the Help Desk option.
