From the Principal...

It's official! The last day of school this year will be on Friday, May 31st. Elementary students will be dismissed at noon.

The Rohwer School Improvement Team recently updated our School Site Plan. Our Site Plan is a guide that we will focus on implementing for the next few years. We are really proud of the plans we have developed in the areas of Standards-Based Instruction and Technology Integration. You can access our School Site Plan through this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YkBdEPemfRGXpD2IW5AhY7AgleHimQmO8S8oPF2aVLk/edit

Thank you for all of your support with the Rohwer Fun Run. This has been such an amazing experience and we are very humbled by your generousity and support. You have helped us raise over $33,000 for our school. We are really excited for all of the programs/events/upgrades we will be able to provide to Rohwer. It has been lots of fun to see the students so excited about this event. We will continue to accept donations over the weekend.

Field Day/School Picnic

Our Field Day/School Picnic is scheduled for Friday, May 17th. Feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on, we'll be eating on the playground. We ask that you leave all pets at home.

Everyone is welcome to join us and guests will need to provide their own lunches. If your student is eating a school lunch, they will have the choice of turkey/cheese sub, ham/cheese sub, or sunbutter/jelly sandwich and will meet you outside with their sack lunch. If you are bringing a lunch for your student, they will go directly outside to meet you.
