Rockwell Fall Parent Teacher Conference sign ups are open!
Rockwell's Fall Parent Teacher Conferences will be on Monday, October 6th, 4:15-8:15, Tuesday, October 7th, from 4:15-8:15 p.m. and Monday, October 13th, 1:00-4:00 p.m.
Our conferences will be in person only.
Parents/guardians will be signing up for a 20 minute time period using the "Synergy ParentVUE" website to meet with your child's teacher. Parents/guardians will simply log in to the ParentVue website and choose an available time slot with your child's teacher (See handout attached for complete instructions).
4th & 5th graders please only sign up for your child's homeroom teacher.
Conferences will be every 20 minutes.
When you arrive for your child's conference, please wait in the main hallways by your child’s classroom (chairs will be set up) for your child’s teacher to come and get you. Please do not enter the classroom as the teacher might be with another parent.
Parents/guardians are still encouraged to visit specialty teachers either before or after your scheduled team teacher conference time, just as you have done in the past.
If your child sees a Resource, Speech, Math or Literacy teacher, you will receive information from them about conference times. It is important to conference with your child's resource, speech, math or literacy teachers as they also have valuable information regarding your child's progress.
If your student is in the Alternate Curriculum Program (Mrs. Dedman or Ms. Hill), please select both the ACP teacher and the homeroom teacher at the same time slot. This will allow both teachers to attend the conference.
You may begin making appointments via “ParentVue” on today , September 17th, beginning at 8:00 a.m. The window to schedule an appointment will close on Tuesday, September 30th.

Our fifth grade students will continue to provide crosswalk coverage at each of the crosswalks. This year supervision at those crosswalks will run from 8:10-8:25am and 3:25-3:40, 2:25-2:40 (W). If your child is needing to cross before/after that time, please plan to have an adult walk them across.
