Reagan Community,
There has been quite a bit of illness going around. I hope your family is staying healthy! If your child will need to miss school, please review our ParentVUE Attendance Absence Request document. You can find this here. Submitting an absence online greatly helps our office staff in the morning by ensuring all students are accounted for efficiently.
We are continuing to gather information about our newest Eagles next year. Do you live in the Reagan attendance area and have a child starting Kindergarten in 2026-2027? Do you know of anyone else who does? Please fill out our Google Form and share this with anyone you might know who will be attending Reagan! CLICK HERE
Have a great weekend,
Mrs. Brittany Wunderlich
Mrs. Eller is one of our paras who works closely with our primary students, providing support, encouragement, and care each day. She is well-loved by both students and staff for her kindness and patience. She plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment for all students!
Congratulations to our January Students with Heart. These students were recognized this morning for COOPERATION!
We are excited to share some wonderful news! We have been fortunate to add additional instructional paraprofessionals to our team.
With this extra support, we can provide students with more opportunities to work with other adults in small-group settings for both reading and math. This added instructional time allows us to better meet individual student needs, offer targeted support, and strengthen learning in these core content areas.
Students are selected for instructional groups based on a variety of data and input, including MAP assessment results, classroom performance, and teacher observations. These groups are fluid and may change throughout the semester as we continue to monitor student progress and adjust support as needed.
We are thrilled about the positive impact this will have on our students and look forward to seeing their continued growth.
Kindergarten Celebrating the 100th Day of School!
Mrs. Kuhl will be meeting with
3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade this week.
This week our third grade students will talk about Decision Making and how to determine the Size of the Problem. In fourth and fifth grade we will talk about the harm that can be caused by GOSSIP and RUMORS.
Third Grade -
Is someone hurt?
Is someone unsafe?
Will this matter tomorrow?
If the answer is yes to 1 or 2 → BIG problem
If no → probably a small problem
Fourth & Fifth Grade - GOSSIP and RUMORS
A great book that teaches a lesson about the harm of gossip and rumors that we have already read is "Mr. Peabody's Apples"
It can hurt feelings 💔
It can damage friendships
It can make people feel lonely or unsafe
It can spread fast, even if it’s wrong
It can hurt someone even if they are not there
