From the Principal...
The Eagle’s Nest visited classrooms this week and students had their first opportunity to spend their Talon Tokens. Some students chose to make purchases this first time around, while others are saving up for bigger prizes. There has been quite a bit of excitement around Talon Tokens and The Eagle’s Nest for students in all grades.
We will kick off The Fun Run on Tuesday, which is our BIG fundraiser for the year. Students will come home that day with their pledge packets and should be able to tell you all about it. We also have a Parents with Heart meeting Tuesday night at 6:30 where The Fun Run will be discussed. Join us for more info and/or to find ways to get involved at Reagan.

Health screenings for Reagan are scheduled for
Thursday September 13 from 9:00-2:30.
Health Screenings: Annually, health screenings are done for students in elementary school. The state health regulations have changed for this school year and the following screenings will be done over the next few months on all students pre-school through fourth grade that do not have current health physicals on file: hearing, distance vision, dental screening if no documentation of a dental exam, height and weight. First and third grade students will also have near vision checked. Students needing further evaluation for vision, hearing, or dental will have a referral letter sent home.
Volunteers Needed: The Health Room is seeking volunteers to assist with health screenings. Volunteers will be needed with various shifts available between the hours of 9:00-2:30. If you are interested in assisting please email our CNA Terri at email@example.com.
