Parent/Teacher Conferences: 

Thank you to everyone who attended conferences. Our participation rate was 98%.  Thank you for partnering with us!

Thank you to Jaci Stuifbergen and the PTO for the wonderful conference meals!  Also, thank you to Mrs. Svacina, Mrs. Bergmann and all the volunteers for a successful book fair!

Halloween:

We will be having a Halloween celebration on Tuesday, October 31st.  Halloween guidelines are included so please look over those here. We are welcoming parents to join us for the Halloween parade at 3:00pm as long as the weather permits. 

Inclement Weather and Recess:

We know that the weather changes quickly around here.  We live in Nebraska! Here is the District link for the Inclement Weather information. We do go outside for recess as long as the temperature with wind chill is above 10 degrees.  Please make sure your child is prepared for the weather. We use weather.gov for our temperature reading as many websites have many variations. Here is the district link for the inclement weather information.

Traffic/Parking Reminder:

Please do not use the Methodist Parking lot during arrival and dismissal.  The parking lot is for their patients to use. We appreciate your help with this matter.

Hello All Star Families,

Last week was a busy short week with conferences and the book fair. A special thank you to all the families who visited the book fair to support Aldrich. Also, thank you to the teachers and staff for their long days this week with conferences, it’s was great to be back in the school for in person conferences. 

Interested in volunteering?! Check out for the following PTO volunteer opportunities:

• Halloween party parent volunteers are wanted for the classroom parties happening on October 31st. Emails have been sent out by the lead classroom liaisons with volunteer information including the link to signup to volunteer. If you did not receive an email, please email Abigail Kutler at aerpelding@gmail.com and she can direct you to your classroom lead for more information. 

• International Banquet Night on November 30th will need lots volunteers. Please email Huda Ahmed at hahmed85@yahoo.com for more information to volunteer. 

• PTO website volunteers are needed to help maintain and update website. It’s very user friendly so no experience needed! Email aldrichptotech@outlook.com to volunteer. 

• Are you familiar with data entry? Aldrich can use your help! Please email aldrichptotech@outlook.com to volunteer.
