My name is Mr. Steven Reynolds, and it is my privilege to introduce myself as your new Assistant Principal, for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. I am honored to join this school community and eager to get to know the students, families, and staff who make Charles Hackley Middle School a special place to learn and grow.

I come to CHMS with a range of leadership experience across West Michigan schools. I have served as a Principal, an Interim Principal, and as an Assistant Principal, Director of Programs, Instructional Leader, and classroom teacher. Across each of these roles, my focus has stayed the same: building strong systems that support students and the adults who serve them and creating school environments where every scholar can succeed.
