Prom Contracts Due FRIDAY!!!

If you still need one please comment on Google Classroom. 

I was out last week and will get them all together today after school.

Prom Contracts will be available before and after school only. Do not come to D108 or C110 during class hours. 

Please make sure you read the contract before you turn it in. If you need explanation please ask when you pick up the contract. 

Prom is May 3, 2024

Centerton Golf Club

6-9pm

Contracts will be available March 25th - April 19th. 

YOU MUST HAVE THEM RETURNED BY APRIL 19TH.

Ticket Sales will be from April 19th to April 30th.

You can not owe anything, credit completion,  or have any obligations if you plan on buying a ticket. 

YOU CAN NOT PURCHASE A TICKET IF YOU OWE ANY OF THEM.

$90 PER TICKET

You will receive a Ticket in an Envelope. You MUST HAVE THE TICKET TO ENTER THE PROM AS WELL AS YOUR SCHOOL ID OR DRIVER'S LICENSE OR STATE ID

Prom Contracts!

Please come before school or after school to pick up. IF you need them Wednesday-Friday please see Mr. Martin in C110.

IF you are bringing a guest you will need 2 contracts- (2 orange for Millville guests, 1 Orange 1 White for a guest that is NON- Millville Guest) please follow the directions below:

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A NON MILLVILLE GUEST

1 white- to be filled out by your guest and taken to their high school and their VP will complete it and fax it back to attendance office here. All information is on the form.

1 orange- you will fill this out and bring it back to our school.

Make sure your guest is in good standing.

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A MILLVILLE GUEST

2 Orange contracts to be filled out returned to MHS (Mrs.Benson D108 or the security desk if you are early exit)

EARLY EXIT- You must email Mrs.Benson and let her know if you are bringing a guest and where from, then when you will be picking the contract/s up so they will be places at the front security desk.

***Early Exit Students can write an email to rebecca.benson@mps.millville.org and a contract will be placed at the security desk for pick up the following day. More information about ticket sales will be out at a later date. Early Exit will have to make an appointment and date to purchase tickets after school on the dates mentioned per their contract being approved. ***
