We believe that investing and supporting new teachers (less than three years in the profession) allows us to develop a system of highly effective educators. Teachers receive ongoing, job-embedded professional learning that equips them with the content knowledge and acquired skills necessary for providing high-quality, equitable instruction for every student in every school. Teachers have opportunities to collaborate and learn from other educators. They have experienced teacher experts who model lessons, facilitate effective planning sessions, partner as co-teachers, and provide timely and specific feedback.
Goals
