Hello! My name is Ms. Walker, and I am so excited to be the Library Media Specialist at Dozier Elementary School! I have a passion for helping students discover the joy of reading, explore new ideas, and develop the technology and information literacy skills they need to become lifelong learners.
My goal is to create a welcoming library where every student feels encouraged to ask questions, be curious, and find books they'll love. I look forward to partnering with our students, families, and staff to make the library a place where learning and imagination come to life.
I can't wait to share a wonderful year of reading, learning, and adventure with the Dozier community!

Our Vision
The Dozier Elementary Library will be the heart of our school, a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment where every student is encouraged to explore, imagine, create, and grow. Through meaningful learning experiences, strong partnerships, and access to diverse resources, we strive to equip all learners with the literacy, critical thinking, and technology skills needed to succeed in school and beyond.
