Prior to teaching I went to Regis University in Denver and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in History (2019). Following undergrad I went to the University of Minnesota to get my Masters Degree in Social Studies Education

I was born and raised in Saint Paul Minnesota, I am a HUGE Chicago Bears fan, I love to read comics and manga and I am the girls varsity basketball coach at Nova Classical Academy.

MN Studies
MN Studies
In Minnesota Studies students will learn and explore the history of land of Minnesota (Mni Sota Makoce). Through interacting with primary and secondary sources, and discovering how they both are impacted and will impact the past and future of Minnesota.
US Studies
US Studies
In US Studies students will learn about the history of the United States and have further opportunities to find aspects of US history which truly interest them. Through reading, writing, and class collaboration students will learn more about the United States and how they are part of US history. Furthermore, students will have an opportunity to take part in MN History day!
