I also am trying out Google Voice. My number is (612) 466-0765. You should be able to call or text. (There may be some bugs to work out, but what else is new! So far, texting seemed to work a little better than calling.)
This is also a really good video aimed at parents (although students will find useful information as well.) It talks about all the ways to find assignments, materials and announcements on your Google Classroom. It also shows how to use the calendar and to-do list.
This will help you use all the tools and features if you are using a Chromebook. You can set it so the light is less annoying and doesn't give you eye strain. It also tells you how to use the voice to text feature.
You will also find resources for students and families, including book recommendations, ideas for alternate reading tools, possibly Scholastic Book Clubs (ways to purchase books and support the Anthony reading community), and much more. There will also be links to help with district technology.
If you are in Debate, this page will have information about our tournaments and links to debate materials and resources. Debate for 2022 is planning to be in person for practices and tournaments, but things can change at any time. The topic will be Water Rights. Should be AWESOME!
