First of all, I want everyone to know how much I miss you!  Sullivan is  home to me and I care about each and every one of you.  Please know that I will do my best to keep you actively challenged during this confusing and difficult time.  Stay safe and be healthy!

Fruit-Veggies-Hydrate Challenge

Check one Box under the Fruit, Veggie or Water after each time you eat or drink a serving.   Goal is to eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day and drink 8 glasses of water a day. Do as many as you can, It's good for you!  Email me your sheet at the end of the month.    (If you can't print it?
