I have been teaching since 1998 and have been at Roosevelt since 1993. I have 4 children that range in age from 14 to 32. I love to travel and I love camping and gardening in the summer.
I first taught science here and then had the chance to switch to math in 2004. I haven't looked back since. I believe that Roosevelt has the best math department in the district and we are all here to support your child on their math journey. We co-plan our lessons to make sure they are top quality, we co-teach with EL and Special Ed teachers so your child get's the support they need in class, finally we offer math help during the week after school and during flexible Fridays.
I sincerely believe that all students can learn and I love working with parents to ensure the success of their students. Please reach out with any questions that you have.

It is a great honor to work with the Roosevelt National Honor Society. Students in grades 10 - 12 with a GPA of 3.5, or higher, will recieve an email inviting them to apply to join. This email comes in early December. The National Honor Society is a voluntary organization and no one is forced to join. By joining, students are agreeing to be an active member of the group and to help with, and lead, activities both during and outside of the school day.
