Family Information Packet

There is specific information that schools are required to notify parents of, and this document consolidates that information.  Schools do not have to customize this packet and it is available in our four primary languages.  The packet contains standardized language about what it means to be a Title I school, information around assessments, mandated assessments, and assessment opt-out policies.  

Ideas for disseminating this packet include posting it on your school’s website (preferred option), printing and mailing it home, and/or including it in your school’s handbook or newsletter.
