Eligibility

Transportation Waiver

Swimmers and divers need to find their own transportation to and from practices and home meets. In addition, there is no guarantee that there will always be a bus to away meets due to the current bus driver shortage. All athletes are required to complete the following waiver form and return to the coaches for liability purposes.
