Elizabeth Anderson

Hello scholars! My name is Elizabeth Anderson (Ms. Anderson) and I am very excited for my 3rd year at North High School. I am one of the English 11 teachers as well as a co-teacher in the sheltered ELL/ELA classroom. I’m excited for the new school year and to get to know you all! I have many hopes for you as you continue your education this year. 

I attended the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities for my Bachelors of Arts in English and Political Science. I also studied in Argentina and Spain. I traveled to 9 different countries while in college and learned a bit of Spanish. I then went on to get my Masters of Education, again at the University of Minnesota. Currently, I continue my education by working toward my ELL licensure.

When I'm not busy with teaching, I prioritize spending time with my friends and family. I also enjoy weight lifting, long hikes, rock climbing, journaling, listening to live music, and browsing local bookstores for my next read.
