Advanced Algebra

My name is Ben Farnam and I will be teaching Advanced Algebra here at North for the 2019-20 school year. This is my 4th year at North and I look forward to working with you all this year. I know sometimes math can get tough, but as long as your willing to put forth the effort I promise you will be able to work through all the material we cover!

I was born and raised in the Twin Cities. I currently live in South Minneapolis with my partner, Lena and 3-year-old son, Ivan. We also have a cat named Boo. Cats used to scare me and I never thought I’d be living with one but she’s actually pretty great. When I am not at school or hanging out with family and friends I spend my time designing, sculpting, and producing collectible toys. I also like to get out snowboarding whenever I get the chance.
