Summer Enrichment Registration Instructions:
Thank you for your interest in Mineral Point Summer Enrichment Activities! To ensure a smooth registration process, please follow the detailed directions provided below for signing up your child or children: (Students attending Pointer Kids Club are required to sign up for Adventure Camp activities)
Pointer Adventure Camp 3 week session: (To register, follow this Link)
Adventure Camp is for current 4k through 5th grade students, please note that some sport camps are included in this section as well.
Access the Google Form link provided by Mineral Point Elementary for the Summer Enrichment registration.
Fill out one Google Form for each child you wish to register for the program.
Activity Registration Options:
Registration is for all enrichment options offered during the Summer Enrichment program.
Each week, parents/guardians are required to sign up their child for a total of 4 activities.
Signing Up for Sports Camps: (To register, follow this Link)
Sports Camps are for 2nd grade through 11th grade. Please note that some sport camps are offered in our Adventure Camp registration as well.
All sports camps must be signed up for through the provided Google Form link.
Ensure to select the desired sports camps for your child during the registration process.
Designated Schedule:
Please note that there are no off times during the schedule.
Students must be signed up for an activity to have a designated location during the 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM timeframe.
Transportation Details:
Transportation is ONLY provided for the 3-week Enrichment session if your location qualifies for bus services during the school year.
Any daily bus changes must be communicated to First Student at 987-3911 and the elementary school at 987-0710.

Completion of Google Form:
Fill out all required fields in the Google Form accurately and completely.
Verify that the information provided is correct before submitting the form.
Parental Consent:
By submitting the Google Form, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined for the Summer Enrichment program, including the activity options, schedule, and transportation details.
Snacks for day
Parents should send a snack/water bottle for their child.
10. Student Schedule
Parents please print out schedule sheet to send with your child. That will help your child know where to go for each session.
