Graphic Artist / Content Artist

MovieStarPlanet needs a talented and experienced Graphic Artist to help us expand our game worlds. The position is a maternity cover from 1. July 2021 - 1. May 2022.

Our visuals are a huge part of our identity and are cherished by millions of kids worldwide.

About the job

You will be working as a part of an Art Department producing vector 2D graphics. As a Content team member, you are enriching our game universes with fresh and imaginative content.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design and Create new illustrative content ( e.g. characters, clothing, props, backgrounds, logos )

• Working with our pipeline to upload and test what you made

• Work with Marketing department to create promotional material

About You
You are an experienced, enthusiastic, creative, and highly professional individual who thrives working within a small team to deliver rewarding user experiences. You can work independently and know how to prioritize and plan your work.

Must Haves

• Interest in creating content for the tween market

• Outstanding Vector illustration skills

• Well versed in Flash / Animate

• Ability to adapt your style to a given art direction

• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• A pragmatic, performance conscious approach to your graphics

• A great team player

• Written and spoken English on a professional level

Desirable

• 2+ years of professional experience in the field of interactive creative media

• Education in an art & design related subject

• An understanding of pop culture and youth trends

• Experience creating graphics for mobile devices
