Move In Purpose is committed to people. We offer Business & Leadership Coaching, as well as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion services for individuals, businesses, and nonprofits. Our passionate coaches are dedicated to helping clients achieve their purpose-driven goals by fostering growth through choices, opportunities, and transformation. We partner with those seeking our support, using tools from transformational leadership coaching, nonprofit development, and DEI workforce strategies. We believe that investing in your team and yourself is the key to developing leaders with the resilience and mindset needed to achieve meaningful change.

Gained Experiences

Life experiences effect our why and how we live today! I share with you my experiences as a Husband, Girl Dad of 3, Military Service Warrior, Community Advocate & Social Justice Leader, and Business/Nonprofit Organization/Leadership Coach. I use my gifts through these avenues of my life to inspire, motivate, and influence others through leadership and teamwork development engagements.

I would not have been able to thrive let alone survive if I didn't ask for help or use community resources! I was raised by extended families throughout numerous foster care homes and was emancipated at the age of 16. My community's nonprofit programs provided me the opportunity to thrive. I received care provided by community leaders and loved ones who I was blessed to learn and experience servant leadership actions first hand. I am the change I dreamed of and will continue to forge leaders and help communities make the changes they desire as well; to strengthen and cultivate an environment that thrives resulting in excellence. As a result, the people I impact will grow their character through challenges that strengthen their leadership capabilities!
