For Respect, I am working to provide constructive criticism or feedback to others in a positive way. 

For Integrity, I follow school norms, such as dress code and respect for my fellow students and my teachers.

For Effort, I understand that failure is part of the learning process and that it helps me get better at a set task. 

For Refinement, I am working towards consistently proof reading for grammar, spelling and content to better polish my final product. 

For my significant adult I invited Ms. Amy. The habit of heart and mind I observed while working with her is Effort. Ms. Amy puts a lot of effort into building and running her own business and providing quality food to her customers.
